Good clan organisation connects members, responsibilities and shared activities. CGE provides a clan page and management functions for authorised clan managers.

A shared clan page

The clan page brings together information and activities for your clan. Managers can maintain clan details and appearance, while members have a shared starting point for clan activities.

A common overview reduces the search for scattered dates and information. The areas a user can manage depend on their role and permissions.

Invite members and assign roles

Clan managers can invite players and manage memberships. Roles distribute responsibilities between the clan leadership, other managers and members.

Not every user needs the same permissions. Appropriate roles help share organisational work without giving every member access to all management functions.

Teams and groups for event planning

Teams support line-up planning. Groups offer another way to organise members and event participants, for example by organisational responsibilities.

This structure complements event planning: organisers can account for availability and assign participants accordingly. Guest players can be included depending on the event settings and permissions.
