A clan event needs more than a date: who is available on each game day, which time slots work and how should teams be arranged? Clan Gaming Events brings these tasks together in one shared plan.

Dates, game days and time slots

Set the game, event name and date range. Within that range, you can plan recurring game days and suitable times, keeping both individual training sessions and regular clan evenings organised.

Time slots help when players are not available for the entire event. A description adds goals and important information for participants.

Keep attendance in view

Players enter their availability for the offered game days and time slots. The participant view helps organisers compare available line-ups and identify gaps.

Teams and groups support further assignments. Participant limits and restrictions can be configured for an event. Sign-ups can be disabled during preparation and enabled when the plan is ready.

Shared events and changes

Clan event fusion lets selected clans coordinate attendance at a shared event. This collaboration does not automatically make a clan event open to the public.

In-app notifications and optional push messages cover relevant changes and reminders. Delivery depends on personal settings and the browser permissions granted.
